At a time when the entire world is facing an unprecedented challenge of COVID-19 (Corona) and people across the globe are facing a crisis of lifetime, there can be no better way to inspire people than through the medium of Literature.

StoryMirror along with “English Literature” (https://www.facebook.com/ThisisEnglishLiterature/) has curated an English Literary Festival for writers to present content that can motivate, inspire and make people happy. As the saying goes, “Pen is mightier than the sword”. So as writers, let’s use our weapon and spread inspiration & happiness all around with our words.

Submit your stories, poems or quotes and join our efforts to make all of us stronger so that we can face these difficult times with ease.

Rules:

1. There is no restriction on the genre of stories, poems or quotes. However, try to write more inspirational, motivational, positive and humorous content. 

2. There is no word limit.

3. Submit your original content and make sure they are not published on StoryMirror before.

4. Best entries will be selected jointly by StoryMirror and English Literature.

5. Entries that are submitted through the competition link will only be considered.

6. StoryMirror Editorial score, as well as readers’ engagement on the content in terms of likes, comments, and ratings, will be taken into account while shortlisting the entries.

7. There is no restriction on the number of entries.

Prizes:

1. Top 5 entries under each category will be given a digital Certificate of Appreciation signed by StoryMirror and English Literature.

2. StoryMirror will collate the top 10 stories and top 20 poems and publish the same in two different E-books. 

3. Digital Certificate of Participation will be given to all participants.
