" Always listen to your heart " is completely wrong. At morning , your heart tells you to have more sleep but with a checklist of tasks , brain tells you to wake up. Conclusion:- At times , listen to them interchangeably.
Instead of looking the whole mountain just look at your current steps , it will help you in climbing better.
Be the pilot not the passenger of your life's airplane.
If you rest , you will loose your rest.
