A face in the crowd
A face in the crowd
We pass each other,
Not knowing each other
A face in the crowd
Looking at each round,
With interest in eyes,
Without interactions or bye,
No greetings, no speech,
Happiness in facial sight.
I wonder myself in my mind,
One may call the mind is wild,
My thought is around you,
Longing comes,
To kiss eyelids,
To tangle fingers in the hair,
To cling to body,
And both of us ,
In pulse,
In breath,
make the blood boil.
Without you, my food has no taste,
My sleep has no rest,
Thoughts come without her,
My life is meaningless,
Night seems moonless,
Difficult to spend time,
Time seems without time.
I wonder in my heart,
Why becoming crazy,
Surrendering my soul,
Is it love?
Or only attraction,
Only on the theory of relativity,
I only share the air between us,
Like each and everyone of us
Engaged in hiding behind
Make up and masks,
Life is not as it seems,
And ultimately,
We vanish in the crowd.
