A Love, Without Lust

On a searching spree,

Or name it self discovery.

That I went to search for love,

Love which remains reserved,

For the deserved.

But on the way, I met some questions,

Who baffled my notions.

"How will you know the deservance of love?

How will you find it without lust in glove?".

It was my turn,

To revisit and return,

From the set notion,

Of love, and walk again,

With another insight to gain.

I moved forward,

With some thoughts so awkward.

What if I bump into love,

And find lust hand in glove?

What if the lust lures me,

To the extent of leaving this journey.

So I decided,

To make love one sided.

Before lust could come divided,

And love gets subsided.

I decided, that I will look for love,

Inward, not outward.

Inside, not outside.

Within me, and in anyone's glee.

In those crying joys,

In those laughing tears.

And if I don't do so,

Instead of my search of,

Love, without lust.

It would be the lust to come first,

That too without love.
