of living or non-living trend,

But to achieve sure success, 

increase your EFFICIENCY my dear friend. 

For a better work culture,

Inclusivity is the most required third basic need,

 Greed never must be germinated in our minds,

honesty is the best humanity seed.

Opportunity must be grabbed with alertness and care,

as it may change our fate,

Always alertness avoids accident,

Universalism is patiently favourable time's wait.
