Alone
Alone
I go to college every day
I meet my classmates.
We work together and eat together.
Sometimes, we also go out to movies.
But I feel so alone, always so lonely.
I go to the restaurant,
I work part-time there.
I meet my colleagues and the lovely customers,
So many smiling faces enjoying their time.
But I feel so alone, always so lonely.
I come back home dead tired
To my beautiful family waiting for me,
Everyone asking me how my day was.
There are laughter and chit-chats filling the house.
But I feel so alone, always so lonely.
I feel left out in a familiar crowd,
Stuck in perpetual darkness,
Cut out from the rest of the world.
There are voices in my head, other than those I hear,
I feel so alone, always so lonely.
