Aloneness

When my anxieties 

Dream of your touch, 

When my tired eyes 

Search you in the 

Darkness of night 

And when my yearning heart 

Wants your nearness, 

You come like a determined 

Coral jasmine flower 

And fill your aroma into my breath. 

Mad soul of mine sucks 

Ambrosia from 

Your plucky contour 

And aware of the fact 

The sun is about to ambush the darkness 

In the wee hours of the morning, 

You vanish 

And the pain grabs my aloneness.
