My mother is my alter ego

She is the one who knows me inside and out

The one with whom I share every joy and pain

Many times, we have walked together in rain

She is my guiding light

Whenever with her I can see everything bright

She stands like a solid rock for me

For all my problems she has the key

She has the experience of years

She tells me how to fight all fears

I have grown looking at her

Forever in life, I will be thankful to her

She is my role-model
