Black Lives Matter

It's all in the head, which differentiates,

No country is oblivious to it, be it India or be it States.

Maligning people on caste, on creed, on color,

Is a sin, nothing to be proud of, do get that straight.

Belittle your egos and look beyond one's body,

You are no superhuman just cause you can afford an Audi.

You certainly cannot keep this masquerade for long,

No wrongs in boasting your perfection, but never underestimate an ordinary shoddy

Who gave you this power to discriminate, the senator or the lord himself,

Well, if you believe so, cut across your forehead, as a useless antique above it, is not even worthy of the shelf.

You are yet to be nurtured and watered like a bud,

Even though you have grown in size, there is something up there that is smaller than that of an elf.

Everyone in this world has their individual liberties,

With none such liberty of eluding others from their opportunities.

Opportunities to shine, opportunities to rise, opportunities to make a merry world of their own,

Let's stay united, irrespective of coming from different communities.

Going forward, let us pledge, there will be no white, and certainly no black,

Let this echo on the streets as loud as the rifle's crack.

Make it as loud, that even the deaf join you in your triumph,

And those deafer, in their white shirts black trousers, can just relax and sit back.

We will stand against this prejudice, there is invariably no debate,

For everyone living somewhere somehow will have the same fate.

Some will be buried while some will be reduced to ashes,

For all are equal when you enter beyond God's gate.
