Do You Hear What I Hear

It’s time for bed on Christmas night,

Your parents turn off the lights,

All you hear is the clock ticking,

Hours go by,

Suddenly something jolts you awake,

Someone is coming down the chimney,

Could it be,

You get out of bed and go downstairs,

You hear something on the roof,

It must be the hoofs of Santa’s reindeer,

Could you be dreaming?
