Evil Resides...
Evil Resides...
Don’t open the closet door
Don’t look underneath your bed
Vile demons and monsters reside over there
Xenophobia indeed makes a man cautious
From childhood elders warns us, don’t talk strangers
But what about, when in every nook and corner, are lurking unprecedented dangers?
Candy and chocolates are guilty pleasures
Warning! Pedophile’s greatest weapons
But isn’t it the fault of all virtuous men who, to stop such crimes, failed to step in?
We tend to turn a blind eye
Look away the other side
Hypocrisy prevails, when others break the rules we never ourselves have abide!
Penumbra of devil is thought to be unknown
But humans themselves are humanity’s greatest foes
The adroit hunters are appreciated when they shoot down peaceful doves
Lingering shadow generally has a familiar face
And trust is betrayed by only one who is able
Beware because evil shares our beds, it resides at the dining table…
