Foundation being laid

Historians may say what

A price that has been paid?

Criminal act getting rewarded

Nation's psyche getting retarded.


Colors in life have gone out

Saffron, is only what is it about.

Bigotry and jingoism run free

Even the neighbors have chosen to disagree.

Alas, a promise, He has kept

While conscientious citizens silently wept.

Called Ram Rajya from the mythology

Masses blinded, has become a common ideology.


Part-2


They promised peace and development

Valley with gloom still remains enveloped.

State pedals lie, voices of people suppressed

Justice has got locked down.

All that remains is a mockery of freedom.

And for the people only the doom.
