Whatever happens in life

It’s better not to drag on

Keep any grudges on anyone

We are poisoning up our mind

By destroying our inner peace

When we forgive others

There are fewer burdens on us

We’ll feel light from within

Even our face will show….

I understand there might be times

When we see the person that hurt

Memories will keep flashing infront

And we’ll go back reverse….

By accumulating hatred

We only loose our health

To be healthy and happy

Keeping our minds open

Lets minus all negative terms

Speaking positive words

Will heal our wounds alone….

May make you feel low
