A great start to my life

and a great beginning

First year:

A baby, sweet, pure

laughing and smiling

Second year:

A girl, sassy, funny

addicted to me

Third year:

A toodler, crazy, crazy

running around my house

Fourth year:

A little girl, cute, annoying

laughing and running

Fifth year:

A girl, stubborn, smart

talking, laughing, crying

She always waited patiently for me 

at the school gate, every evening

She's afraid to sleep alone

She asks "mumma" for just about everything

She's too little to understand

She's far too young to know

She will learn and grow

Last 5 years with my daughter

She is my treasure

She made my life complete

She is my angel

She is my muse

She made me whole

She completed me 

She completed my being

She is my inspiration

She is my sunshine

She is my joy

She is my everything

Laughing, joking, playing

Singing and dancing

Talking, sharing, dreaming

Silently watching every moment

Every smile, every tear

loved and hugged

Feeling tender, being gentle

The year went by so fast
