I pray to God for giving me an opportunity

to see the parent as a symbol of unity

whose life has been spent on children's care,

without waiting for any favour 

 

I look at the vast sky, 

and try to look into my role, 

what am I today in their presence?

the entire world is mine, making me tense free in the world 

 

How do I wish for their wellbeing?

as they try to bring

happiness and a healthy environment 

to present the children in the best possible manner 

 

mom and dad have worked very hard 

without murmuring or complaining word

and this has formed a simple concept

I keep my respect and honour for them intact 

 

millions may think in this way,

and stay as a blessed one 

praying for their long life in a comfortable zone,

who have made children's life like in heaven 

 

Dear, I also wish a happy anniversary for your parent

your love for them looks apparent 

And why not? We owe certain things 

that shall bring more blessings for them
