Himalayan Blunder
Himalayan Blunder
Pied piper
In ideas now a pauper.
Brew at the border
Causing a lot of disorder.
They are called martyrs
Deceptive solace for their sacrifice.
Burn and boycott
The clarion call
How long will it last?
Two summits and a failure
Hugging diplomacy’s fruition.
History repeats
Consuming the weak leadership.
From the height of her peak
Mocks the mighty Himalayas.
Her range is far and extensive.
But the human mind petty
It divides and tries to rule
The mountains.
Therein, lies the travesty
Of human folly and his relationship with nature.
