Home is where the heart is,

Huh! To me,

Home is, wherever the heart is.

To me, home does not always have four walls,

king sized bed, cushion sofa and every single typical thing that makes a home.

I have felt home,

When I accidentally slept in the stranger's shoulders,

While travelling in a bus.

I have felt home,

When I rested my head in my friend's lap.

I have felt home,

When I was caged in his arms.

I have felt home,

When the auto driver took me safe to home.

I have felt home,

When I was reading my favorite book, in the most congested place.

I have felt home,

While eating at the roadside food stall.

I have felt home,

In the freezing night,

while I was busy conversing with the moon.

I have felt home,

When the stray dogs in my locality,

Escorted me to the nearby store.

I have felt home,

When the cook in my hostel,

Copies the taste of the food my mom cooks.

I have felt home,

At the canteen chai.

I have felt home,

At the evening cab from office.

I have felt home,

Under an open roof and empty stomach.

Home is, whereever the heart is!
