How do you do this Maa,

Manage all the responsibilities,

To be a wife, To be a Mother

To be a daughter, To be a sister.

Where do you find all this energy Maa,

To be a physician, To be a teacher

To be our strength, To be our motivation 

To be the force that keeps the house together.

How do you do it all Maa,

To cook for everyone, To care for everyone 

To be a partner, To be a path bearer of everyone's life,

Yet find time to be a playmate,

Soul mate for me,

I just simply can't comprehend Maa.

I see it now,

Your ability to have boundless love and care,  

Your ability to soothe insurmountable pain,

Your inexhaustible patience,

You have no desire for praise.

But I still don't understand Maa,

How do you do this Maa,
