I Have A Cleavage
I Have A Cleavage
I am a woman, I have a cleavage,
And it is with pride I say that I'm proud of it,
It is a part of me, my body, my soul,
It is a part is my personality,
I carry it with grace.
But, our feminity, is like a free bird seized in a patriarchal cage,
So alas:
As I cover my roaring feminity with the society's fearful shade,
I feel a flame glinting as it douses to prejudice,
As I sew, shut my voice, telling me my right to explore my body,
All; as I button up shut my shirt in terror...
