Illusion: A Revolutionary Phenomenon

Our lives are full of all sorts of confusions,

Poets prefer putting it in their works as allusions,

Science plays with the planets’ collisions,

“The Big Bang Theory” was the first-ever explosion,

Burning balls of gases glow thousands of light-years away on the principle of “diffusion”, So many theories and laws creating in my mind an obstruction,

Is all that even real or just another hoax/delusion?

Now, there’s a change of setting, another platform for diversion,

I’m lying on a hospital bed, caught up in confusion,

When I looked to my left, the tubes were carrying out the process of “transfusion”, I become so wonderstruck at this situation,

My blood was flowing with a profusion that,

The doctor had to prescribe me medicines for my abocclusion.

So, to tell you how I ended up there in that trap of my hallucination,

All my pleas and whims, to start with, were rejected with a strong ‘refusion’.

I was made to feel worse than a bondage laborer working without his approval,

Then comes the cliché dialogue, “Am I the only one who has to go through this purgation?”,

As a response from the divine, there’s an “Akash Vani” to answer my dramatic question,

Suffering is a part and parcel of life, so don’t waste it and work on your preparations and celebrations.

Woah! Please put an end to this infinite commotion,

Relieve our souls from your “scheming” mind that has just typed all this perplexing work of literature.

Alright, don’t fight, just argue reasonably,

Defend your opinions and pieces of evidence logically,

There, you see? You can never stop me from creating this wonderland of “Illusions”

We’re back to where we started from so, you better clear your doubts by discussing them with professionals.

And now, I finally rest my case, but don’t try and sleep till the end of this world to bury me alive,

Because I won’t give up without a fight, Let go of me and move out of my sight…!
