Nurturing his feelings for years.

He broke my heart in seconds.

Smiling at his every sight.

He made my heart blight.

Remembering him for ages.

He left my soul in those haunted cages.

Loving him was a trail.

Giving my heart every pain to wail.

Maybe he deserved someone better.

But we were never meant to be together.

All of a sudden he is gone.
