A fire to be quenched.

She preached with vigor.

Nothing could detour her.

With the courage of the Zambezi, she flowed.

With spears and guns, they stormed her not armed household.

Strong, still she remained.

Iron lady is more she was.

A queen among kings.

Pride of all women.

Symbol of courage.

The true African.

They called her, Mama Leshina.
