MOM
MOM
I was in darkness
but never felt loneliness.
When hungry I was,
tender hands rocked me,
and fed me,
when scared, gentle hands cared.
From nursery to University,
in every field, diversity.
Gentle touch in my life,
carried me far,
from the looming tide.
When sick, tears of concern in eyes.
She is none other than dear Mom.
When you were born, God had a plan,
To nurse you,
to nurture you,
He assumed a divine form,
Your MOM.
When she grows old and needs our support,
do not hesitate,
do not back out,
for you can never repay her debt or her unconditional love.
