Mount Gemini
Mount Gemini
Sacred twin as gentle as the sun,
To their sacred valley may I take a glance,
How lovely the sun at its rising
That the morning breeze is singing.
It’s nice to have some glimpse of sunlight
But to the sacred ball don’t keep your sight,
Just enjoy the view of the valley
But never touch the fruit of the tree.
Though it’s tempting to suck its juice,
Color of ripeness come to seduce
And heat dries out the spring in my throat,
But I am here to stand for the truth.
I know the gentle sun will resume before
I’m in my final doom, the splendor
It takes when it rises,
The beauty it takes when it sets.
