Mystical Winter
Mystical Winter
Roads carpeted with ripened leaves,
Barren branches of tall and lofty trees,
That single leaf that hangs on to its base,
Announce the arrival of winter.
The breeze that blows, ah… so cool and chill,
Makes our hearts sing in a shrill.
Whistling through our minds and thoughts,
It heralds the joy of winter.
Those tiny flakes, all in white,
Look so beautiful, tender and light.
Softly they fall, slowly they pile
And enhance the charm of winter.
Everyone who breathes moves South from North,
In search of heat and warmth,
Snuggle under a blanket or fur,
And enjoy the essence of Winter.
