Nobody Understands

Nobody understands do they:

What it's like to loose someone

No goodbyes

No preparations

Just that one minute they are there and the other we are reading their obituaries

Or scattering their ashes in the sea

With the events, the feeling, the environment not feeling real

But its always a strange time for gifts - even for the flowers we plant at their graves

And nobody still understands how teary it is reminding one of the 'gone ones' causes painful trauma

Sometimes we fight the processing and try to forget but we can't because something's remind us of them

Sometimes we need to accept and continue with our normal lives but we can't because we always feel and know something is missing

Sometimes we try to let go knowing we can't change the fact that they are gone and all we have are flickers of blurred memories we shared

Yet its not understandable why nobody understands.....
