Ode To Poetry

For poetry there is no season, but there is plenty of reasons. 

I let free the thoughts, and that is no treason. 

Verses become the garland and the words the flowers. 

Mind becomes the thread, an oasis where thoughts get bred. 

In life a saving grace, whether an up or a down phase. 

In any type of mood with poetry I end up feeling good. 

I write on any topic, you can make a pick. 

With poetry a day I keep away strife in my daily life. 

This is my ode to the poetry itself, from my heart and not from a bookshelf.
