On the roof

Life was following a determined schedule uninterruptedly 

Whole surrounding was busy for accomplishing its target

Life was frustrated witnessing the repeated failures, hectic schedules

I was completely suffocated with the mental trauma, stress and strain

Once I decided to spend some hours in solitude being secluded from the hustle bustle

I was dragged towards the roof as it had its magnetic power

When I stepped my foot on that it seemed me as an expedition to space

Whole sky was filled with the moon, stars and that were sparkling with their glimmers

Everywhere was the fragrance of flowers

I was completely dumbstruck recognising the picturesque ambience 

The cold breeze embraced me with its supple touch

I was encompassed by the dazzling stars, cold breeze and fragrance of flowers

In that segregation, I reminisced my all sweet 

remembrances 

Amidst that massive silence I realized god, the power of spirituality 

That night on the roof conferred me enormous pleasure 

After that spending sweet moments on the roof became a segment of my boring schedule.
