Fantasy
Fantasy
Fantasies embedded in dreams,
Flying among the white clouds,
Dared an old heart.
Age while obsessed with the mind,
Tickled fantasies to fly high.
Romantic novels had she read,
Long ago in the winter nights,
Randomly instilled in her heart and mind.
Wrinkles formed a part of her life,
Fifty she had turned this summer,
With high hopes and fantasies of delight.
Not a doomsday could lessen her shine,
No King had stepped in her life.
She was the Rose and now Marigold,
With petals which had a glow,
A chapped upper and a lower lip,
That sung innumerable times.
Present-day had shown her how is real life.
