Dear stars

What thoughts do you have

Of things we can only feel

Things we cannot declare

Of things which make us heal

Can do you such things?

Up there in the sky

Do you have secret wings

Which carry you and fly

For I always dream

Of reaching very high

Watch the mountains and the green

Trees singing side to side

Is that the gift 

Which god has given you?

When everybody's adrift

You keep up all night through

I ponder and move in circles

Can't figure out what is yours

For whenever I do

I feel it should me mine

You have up there no desire

So high up above

Maybe it's your superpower

You burn to light the world

As I cuddle myself to sleep

I curiously look at you

From all the powers we keep

I know you look at me too
