Superstition

Superstition

Superstition, the blind faith of man,

In the changing times, it still has a plan.

Why do people get so scared in the dark,

Believe in things that leave a permanent mark?

They say, this sign is good, that one is bad,

But some eyes never see what's truly had.

We have many beliefs, for health, wealth, and love,

But these only add to the problems we shove.

Science explains, everything has a reason,

Yet, superstitions still make us feel even.

Every bad thing is not caused by the curse,

Let's find the truth, and let superstitions disperse.

Belief in fate is not entirely wrong,

But let's not let it take our sanity along.

Superstition is a choice we make,

We can choose to believe, or let it break.

Let's live a life of logic and reason,

And not fall prey to superstition's treason.
