The Gym

When I'm in the gym I feel at peace

The hardwork and the sweat prove to me my determination

When I find myself angry the gym is a release

This body I build, my very own creation

A good place to build a second home

When you find yourself and what you are capable of

A place to go if life gets too tough

It's a place to meet and make friends with like minded individuals

Network and create friendships from scratch

People who will never put you down

Because at one point they were like you

People who will never give up.

Because this dream they have, they will eventually prove true

Living a healthy lifestyle

Creating an image you are comfartable with on the outside

And being the person You truly are on the inside

The gym is a place that makes me happy to be me.
