Walking in the moonlight alone
Walking in the moonlight alone
In the moonlight's gentle glow, I walk alone,
While twinkling stars above me brightly shone.
Moon and I, traversing through the unknown,
No destination, our path remains unshown.
With each glance at the celestial sphere above,
My pains are forgotten, and troubles no longer shove.
The moon's ethereal light, like a soothing balm,
Calms the storms within, bringing a tranquil calm.
My dearest friend, oh moon, steadfast and true,
In your embrace, I pour out my tears anew.
Understanding me without a single word spoken,
Never criticizing, only solace is unbroken.
As I behold your radiant and luminescent face,
Thoughts of my beloved, a memory I cannot erase.
Where are you now, my sweet, my heartstrings pull,
Moon bears witness to our love, both pure and full.
Moon and I, together we slumber,
In the vastness of space, our dreams never encumbered.
So let the moon illuminate the depths of my soul,
For our bond remains strong, forever it will unfold.
