Life gives you a lot of beautiful memories to cherish forever

But what happens when memory goes beyond classification?

When you realize that your life has been missing a significant part of something too valuable for you to lose, how do you feel?

Have you felt that a void existed in your life, but that you were not aware of it?

This is exactly how I felt when I first met you, it was like my heart skipped a beat.

It was as if I saw the sunrise and my eyes got mesmerized by you.

How do I describe how beautiful you looked in that yellow dress.

Seeing you sitting in one of my favourite cafes, surrounded by your friends, and watching your amazing personality, I was spellbound

Your eyes sparkled as you took a sip of coffee, you were radiant.

Imagine the feeling of knowing you've lost your mind and your heart with just a glimpse of that special person.

The moment you connect with this person, even amid the crowd of many, all you can see and hear is just that one person.

Your voice sounded like a piece of sweet music to my ears, that I could hear all throughout my life.

Your smile was contagious because even I didn't realize that it managed to bring one on my face too.

How had you managed to be so alluring and breath-taking?

Your innocence is just too beautiful to be overlooked.

Even though love sometimes drives us crazy, when someone like you is right there, what to say?

How did you manage to have such an incredible influence on me, that I wanted to share my life with you?

Even though I had never met you, I felt so deeply connected to you.

My mind went to a place where I wondered if this was all a dream.

Maybe this was just a crazy dream where someone like you existed.

When I realized that it was not a dream, I knew I had to speak with you.

Because I couldn't bear the thought of not knowing you or missing out on the opportunity to be a part of your life.

No, I didn't mean to scare you, though I'm sure it sounds stupid

At the same time, can you walk away from a blessing when Life offers it to you?

Here I was, attempting to approach you with my heart filled with love and hope

It wasn't until later that I realized the person next to you was down on one knee proposing to you

Even before my mind or heart could fully grasp the gravity of what had happened, I saw you nodding at him with a huge smile and tears in your eyes.

I knew it was time for me to step back, because no matter how odd it sounds, how could I be a hindrance to your happiness

You deserve that happiness even if it hurts me more than I can even imagine.

What if I couldn't become part of your life?

You will always be a special part of my life, and you will always hold a special place in my heart and mind.

It's been years since the incident happened, but what stays still fresh in my mind is your beautiful memories

Memories that still hurt, yet manage to bring a smile to my face.
