Winters Chill
Winters Chill
The snow falls, blanketing the land
Winter has taken hold, a chill command
Icy winds whistle through the air
The temperature dropping, not a soul is there
The trees are barren, the sky so grey
Even the sun is hidden away
My breath, it clouds in front of me
The cold has come, and so can see
A frozen landscape, a desolate place
The chill that I feel on my face
The snowflakes, they linger in the light
The morning draws near, the night fades away
The air, so quiet, so peaceful and so cold
