9 Healthy Bites

In one huge plate 9 healthy bites were living. These were iron, protein, carbohydrates, fats, minerals, calcium, fibre, vitamins and phosphorus. These all were of male categories. Carbohydrates and fats were real brother. Calcium, phosphorus and iron were real brothers and lastly Minerals and fibre were two real brothers and proteins and vitamins were two real brothers.

On one day because of gender system quarrel occurred between them. Quarrel was that some bites were telling we are male and some were telling we are female but male category was opposing female ones and telling them we all are of male category. Then Vitamins said that see my name

lovely and greetingfl that's why I am female. Carbohydrates said that my name is like a big mountain c-a-r-b-o-h-y-d-r-a-t-e-s, so big and heavy name. Fats, Minerals and Phosphorus also said "We are female not male ".

Then suddenly one big fatty man came and said "Hey! My son's ", then all were silenced. 9 bites asked that man “Who are you?” he answered "I am your father, Mr. Nutrients and you all are my sons". Then fibre, iron and calcium said that we were right we all are of male category. Then Mr. Nutrients said, yes off course you are male and you come under me. Then one day in the court of King's kingdom, where Balanced Diet was a king asked Mr. Nutrients( Mr. Nutrients was king of another country) to be friend with him .

Then both Mr. Nutrients and Mr. Balanced Diet became one country's king and in that country Mr. Snacks and Mrs. Beverages were banned. All nine healthy bites lived very happily and hated Me. Snacks and Mrs. Beverages because on seeing them anger comes out of them.

Moral: Eat daily balanced diet to be healthy, wealthy and wise.
