'A Friend In Deed'

There was a small town was just covered with tall trees, small green hills,.sea shore far away and beautiful small houses everywhere and a lovely place to stay it was, here stayed two good friends both 15-year-olds, once as they were returning home one of the friends saw a shining stone in the mud the other one also happened to see it just then, both fell and rushed to pick the gem and started fighting one friend suddenly slapped the other the slap hurt him badly and a tear rolled out of his eye. He went to the seashore nearby, laid down alone and wrote on the sand 'today my best friend slapped me' and went home he stopped going out to play with anyone later one day as he was walking along with his friend who had slapped him came from behind and said 'hi', they suddenly slipped and rolled down the hill and fell in the pond where weeds had grown the friend who was slapped and hurt came out safely after a little struggle, the other one started drowning the friend now saw this and put a stick in the water and dragged him out of the water safely and went away from there.

This friend saw that his slap had hurt a best friend and felt bad he picked up a sharp instrument and engraved writing on the beautiful rock saying my best friend saved my life god bless him always

Next day they both came front of each other the friend said sorry I slapped you but see I wrote your name and your good deed on that rock and no one ever can erase it

The friend who was slapped smiled and said even I wrote what you did to me but on the sand, so that wind can erase it all the pain and bad deeds should erase forever ......both hugged each other the one who slapped his friend was very happy to be forgiven and get back his real friend.....

They became good friends for life ever after...
