A MAGNIFICENT SMILE WAS HER FIRST TRIUMPH

     

It was her first day at the school, and her excitement had reached the sky. She had moved to the new city with her parents. There was unknown tension-filled in her heart and mind to meet new friends and teachers. She thought that her friends would give her a warm welcome.

As she entered the school, she could see small packets of students laughing and making fun of her. As she approached one of the groups and asked them where her class was, they made fun of her calling her road roller. She was made fun of for her shape. They told her that she looked like an aunty. They thought that she was their teacher and were surprised to know that she was just a student. All those words pierced her like a spear, but she smiled.

We live in such a hypocritical society. Why cant people respect each other for what they are internal? Why do they judge people on their appearance? Our manners, our respect, and the love that we have makes us look beautiful. External beauty is a mirage, and it disappears over time. It is the last thing to be proud of.

After some time, she went to her class. After the bell, the principal came to the class and introduced her saying that she was a rank holder, and they were proud to have her in their school. All were flabbergasted. Her smile and silence were the answer to their fun. Now the entire school wanted to be her friend.

So, friends, allow your positivity and your passion to speak. Silence can be the only answer to the fools.
