Indian: A Feel Of Patriotism

Stands a drunk and dejected Akhil, who is with his close friends, Jai Akash, Sai Adhithya, and Sakthivel. He is trying to contact his love interest Ishika, whom he had hurt with his decision and Akhil recalls how his life was a part of most time failure and little-exposure to success. Starting from his birth in 1995 to the date of 2020…

"Love, which gives up happiness at the beginning, why hurts us when it exits from us…Before Ishika came, my life was different where I use to be highly career-oriented and angry…Because of that anger itself, I had suffered huge problems in my everyday life," said in his mind Akhil recalling his college life…

"There are very few chances for those, who wish to lead the country by joining in the Army or Police services to get selected. Because, they have been de-motivated by their families, not to go for such services since, they want their children to get settled in a job, which is secured and full-pledged…" (My own words)

On such occasion, a fateful day came to Akhil, whose father was very adamant that he should study for CA and give his enrollment for NCC, saying that, "He will not pluck anything for the nation's sake." Feeling Hurt, Akhil stopped to talk with his parents, since they closed all the shutters for his ambition, and as they told I enrolled in CA, but never lost hope…

Even when the NCC was closed, Akhil hoped that it will come up on the first year itself and prayed to god…However, he felt that, God never allows him to go in which he dreamt off and only supports his father's decision…

Akhil treats his parents with a harsh and aggressive attitude while, he respects his friends and relatives, with the teachers, who were third persons in his life…Even, his parents are insulted and humiliated at every place, where Akhil goes, whom he tells that, "He will neither forgive nor accept them anytime and they are a failure in his life"

Seeing Akhil's growing hatred for his parents, even god is unable to tolerate this and eventually, he opens the eyes of Akhil on one day…where, his parents get killed in a bomb blast near Airport, where the terrorists had planned to orchestrate in-order to divert the plans of CAA and NIA. Akhil is shattered to see his dead parents with so many other people also, being killed brutally. It is at this time that, Akhil realizes how much would he have hurt his parents when they were alive and after performing the last rites for his parents, no one gave hands to Akhil and he is declared as an outcast by his own relatives and family members.

Akhil, being left with no way and standing alone in the roads, joins in an orphanage trust near Peelamedu, where he changes his identity as Sakthivel and he continues to study in PSG arts college. Even among his friends, only very few of them from boys and girls side supports him…One of Akhil's father's friend Hariram, a navy officer, learns that Akhil enrolled into an orphanage trust and he feels bad…Because, Akhil's father has also done a mistake by forcing him to enroll in CA and hence he turned violent towards him…However, he doesn't say that what Akhil had done is right and Akhil to agree to it…

The Navy commander declares that he will be the mentor for Akhil until he joins the Indian Army and adopts him officially. Akhil starts to study well and come up, and while he is going on, Akhil suddenly comes across the last words of his father, which has been sent a long day in his email and there, Akhil sees how much his father has loved him and how Akhil had outcaste him the last few days before his death…He apologizes to Akhil for his mistakes and tells to him that, it's only few days before that, he realized how much Akhil would have been hurt with his decisions…

Akhil sheds in tears and Hariram said to Akhil, "That's your father, Akhil…Now, his last wish is you want to do what you wish…Never ever give up your ambition…Don't ever forget the bomb blasts…Since, it not only paid your father's life but also, so many lives…"

Akhil goes furious and promises to his parent's photo, that he will join into Indian Army and will start to protect the nation by killing down the terrorists…Since, in the attacks, Akhil also lost his one-side lover, Nisha, and her entire family…

Akhil was largely impacted by the death of Nisha's younger sister, which was very worse than Nisha's death. Since, Nisha at-least spoke to him her last words, while her younger sister even struggled to breathe and had lost her lives…

Still more, the last views of his parents and Nisha's family come to Akhil's view and he is lost in thoughts…Akhil was unable to get a good sleep and feels that he has to turn vigilante and protective to the nation…

Over years, Akhil's friends realize his good nature and change which Akhil got to after, he trained himself in Martial arts such as "Valari, Kalari, Silambam and Karate". However, Akhil is unable to reciprocate a love proposal that has been put on by Nisha's look-alike Ishika, which itself is a surprise to all other college students including Akhil's classmates…

When Ishika joined Akhil's class, similar to Nisha, she was impressed with him and became a close friend with him days later…Ishika slowly fell for Akhil upon, seeing his good nature, though he is angry and aggressive, which she considers as justified and Akhil's act is also reasonable…Though Akhil, secretly loves Ishika, he is still haunted with Nisha and his parent's death in the bomb blasts and it blocks him to think about her…

Ishika on learning that, Akhil will be sticky in his decision, is trying to change him and make him yearn for love and affection rather than being patriotic. Akhil rejects and hence, breaks with Ishika…Hence, later on, Ishika comes up and eventually, she accepts to be Akhil's friend and assures him that, she will never interfere in his career.

One day, when Akhil's friend, Jai Akash, teased Ishika with some groups of students, he was unable to tolerate this and warns Jai, not to do such activities since she is his close friend and he loves her so much from his heart…Ishika is happy to hear it and henceforth, thanks Jai who then tells to her that, he didn't tease her intentionally and it was just a drama that he played to make Akhil's mind blow out…

Akhil, unable to control his emotions and feelings, speaks with Hariram and reveals everything about Ishika and her love to him…To Akhil's surprise, Hariram asks him to reciprocate her love, since she wants to show him love and affection in replace of his parents. Akhil surprises Ishika by proposing his love on her birthday and she accepts. They both embrace each other…

 Akhil starts to realize the love of Ishika and he spends equal time on studies as well as for Ishika and makes her happier to his best. One day, Ishika takes Akhil to her house, where she introduces Akhil to all of her family members and to her requests, he stays with her for some days, where Akhil gets touched with the hospitality and immortal service of Ishika's family members, which makes Akhil to remember Nisha's family and he is emotionally touched with this…

Akhil later on also manages to win Ishika's uncle Govind, who wants to get separated from Ishika's father and he explains to him about the importance of joint family and further tells him that, "He sets as an example for the pain of losing a joint family due to his anger towards his parents as a result of which, he lost them on one fateful day with his one-side lover Nisha too, on the same day…It will take decades to solve a problem which was started by us…"

Govind is impressed with Akhil and he apologizes to all of them after which, everyone starts to chide Akhil…Akhil returns home and gets busier in his academics and NCC, which is started after a relapse of two weeks.

Akhil is unable to spend time with Ishika and this makes her feel worried and possessive. Ishika feels that Akhil is focusing more on his NCC career and is struggling a lot for it…Akhil tops in his semester exams and later on, also wins a gold medal for the planned shooting in the Gun-shooting competition, that was organized in Kerala in NCC camps.

Though Ishika appreciates Akhil, she feels that he is avoiding her nowadays and later on, when Akhil is in the NCC camps, he gets injured while moving off the tanks and this has been informed to Ishika by Jai, whom she shouts for telling it casually…

Later, Ishika goes to meet Akhil and she gets emotional and after having a heated argument with Akhil…She asks Akhil, "Either you choose me or follow your career"

However, Akhil says to her, "My career is more important than you, Ishika. I am sorry"

Hearing this, Ishika is shocked and heartbroken, after which she leaves the place in tears. Akhil never expected that Ishika will not return after seeing into Akhil's decisions. She has asked him not to phone her or come to see her anymore telling him further to make her live peacefully.

Later, on seeing Akhil's upset mindset, Hariram decides to send him to Pollachi for one month and he settles down the disputes of Akhil's family after which, Akhil's grandmother, who was initially angry with him, reconciles and takes him to her house…

There, Hari Ram also comes with Akhil where Akhil's grandmother learns about Akhil's love and Hari Ram is shocked to hear the break-up between the duo…Akhil's grandmother requests him to join into Indian Army as soon as possible and during that period, she asks him to find his inner-peace and after which, he can reconcile with Ishika after learning a lesson from the trip…

Akhil accepts and appears for the exams in RAW after which, he gets selected and is trained for a period of five years in the Indian Army for performing the undercover missions as a RAW agent…Akhil faces tough challenges in the training, since difficult tasks like, catching the snakes, entering and rolling into the sewage water, swimming by sliding in an L-shape mode posed a big challenge for him than in NCC's…

With all these hurdles, yet Akhil faces another type of hurdles where he has to manage hunger and perform so many anti-terrorism operations…Over the years, Akhil is so patriotic and vigilante and is named the Savior of the Country. After a long gap of times, Akhil decides to meet his family and Hari Ram, after the request of his grandmother.

Akhil returns to Pollachi where he learns that Ishika is still waiting for Akhil after meeting with Sai Adhithya. After Akhil went to the Indian Army, Ishika came to meet his family members and at that time, Sai Adhithya too has come to the house. There, she wished to reconcile with Akhil, by speaking peace with his grandmother.

However, on learning that Akhil had gone off, she leaves heartbroken and is still waiting for him…Akhil meets Ishika, and still more, Ishika is not convinced with Akhil's profession and she asks him, not to continue as a RAW agent…

Akhil says to Ishika, "How far as you are important for me, Army life is also important to me! Just for you and Just for Army life, I will never give up you at any cost!"

"Will you never leave from me, right?" asked Ishika.

"Promise. I will always be with you" said Akhil.

"Then come. Let's get married, now itself" said Ishika.

"Huh…Time has gone, right. See…" said Akhil.

"That's Okay…" said Ishika and the duo embraced each other…Later on, under the blessings of everyone including the presence of Hari Ram, who supported him after his parent's death, he and Ishika marries and later on, moves to Kashmir…

Akhil having been settled down in Kashmir, decides to follow up his mission of protecting the country and decides to start his undercover mission…Akhil's senior officers calls him and informs him that, "He has to go for Dubai and has to catch a most-wanted terrorist Malik Ibrahim and bring him back to India" to which Akhil gladly agrees and he decides to start his patriotic mission, the first mission that, he is going to start for leading India…
