It was a bright sunny morning, Ram and Sita were waiting to get throned as king and queen by King Dashratha. Everyone in the palace was really happy to hear the news until Queen Kaikeyi stormed in the assembly hall in a rather angry way. She was screaming at King Dashratha as she wanted her son Bharat to become king and Her daughter-in-law Mandavi to become queen.

Hearing this everyone started gasping they wanted Ram and Sirato to be their king and queen. Kaikeyi told Dashratha to put Ram and Sita in exile for 14 years in the gasping meadows. Lakshman also came along as he had to protect his brother Ram and sister-in-law Sita from any danger. After they all set off into the meadows they came across a cute baby elephant. Sita demanded Ram capture the elephant for her but Lakshman did not allow it as he knew that the elephant was actually a demon in disguise. Sita would not listen she wanted the elephant desperately.

Ram and Lakshman both went to capture the elephant and meanwhile, Sita made origami crafts and played with them for a long time until an old man came by asking for food. Sita told the man to wait and after some time gave him some alms. As soon as Sita gave the alms the man seized Sita's hand and turned itself back to its actual form that is a dinosaur. Sita screamed for help and after some time Ram and Lakshman fought with the dinosaur and they all went back to the palace after their 14 years of exile.

As soon as they all reached the palace they are welcomed by lights and sweets.

This led to the development of the festival Diwali.
