It was Sunday morning. Someone was knocking on the door of Karthik's home. Murthy opened the door and happened to see his drama director Babji standing outside. The signs of old age were clear on his face.

'Sir! Please come in!' Karthik's father said. His happiness knew no bounds.

    They sat on the sofa and started taking a trip down memory lane, recollecting all the struggles and challenges that they faced. Minutes later Karthik joined their discussion.

    'I never thought a day would come when I will have to direct the last performance. I just wanted to direct one last show in my life and retire,' Babji said, disheartened.

    'That's really sad. The coming generations will not even know what theatre arts are?' Murthy said.

    'For this last drama, I need three people to perform the roles of Draupadi, Duryodhan and Dushasan.'

    'All three are dynamic roles,' Karthik said.

    'Yes, dear! Your father had given a spectacular performance on the stage as Duryodhan. After him, I never found anyone who could perform better,' Babji said.

    'Uncle, if you don't mind can you give me a role in your drama?'

    'Would you like to do it?' Babji asked, excited.

    'Karthik! It's not as easy as you think!' Murthy remarked.

    'He will learn!' Babji said, supporting Karthik.

    'Uncle, please do give me a chance. I wish to be a part of your history.'

    'Absolutely dear! The problem is I need a character for Draupadi. Nobody is coming forward to play that role.'

    'Don't worry uncle. We will find it. I will help you.'

    'Then you need to come every day for practice. It will usually be in the evening. Will you be able to manage?'

    'I can manage it!'

    'Then let's begin from tomorrow.'
