4th Day under lock down

11.06 PM, Dated 28/03/2020

Dear diary,

Started the day with a small meditation. I looked outside the window, it was different, the wretched day. Everybody was within the doors. I never expected such a sad day. Had a cup of tea, same old breakfast, nothing new even in lunch. We have started realizing the gravity of situation. I decided to complete all modules of my certificate course "Social media marketing" conducted by Amity Future Academy.

Saw the people crowding at Anand Vihar station openly letting complete lock down. There is confusion among poor workers as they see the coming days. Small & Medium Entrepreneurs, Business house, Local landlord and building owners they are creating a panic, compelling them to leave. There is total disappointment among this class; especially Daily wages workers. I am afraid this people will spread COVID-19 to other places and increase the numbers. They are in group travelling together compelled by the situation and very sad to see that people leaving with a hope to survive during this pandemic but losing their life on the way.

I am still thinking that the world has failed in disaster management, preparation and fight against COVID-19. There are people spreading venom and spreading hater. All these, Rishi, Mahrishi & Brahmarshis are quite! Where is the medicine? Where is Sanjeevani (Life Saving drug)? Most powerful countries are in deep trouble! Recession declared by IMF!

I felt good too as I could watch Ramayan on doordarshan TV channel. During my college days, I witness complete lock down on the roadside people watching Ramayana. I must mention that behind Mirza-E-Ghalib College, there is good population of Muslims, but you could not see even Muslim coming out. Every body was watching this serial. This serial is symbol of our cultural integration, unity and love for Shri Ram. There are some good news coming from different part of the world, Industrialists, actors, politicians, Service organisations are coming forward and donating whole heartily. I have not spoken to many members thinking that why I only, they should also call us. My medicine is going to get over by day after tomorrow. Green vegetables are already over.

We will follow all the restriction, put masks, clean hands, take care of cleanness and hygiene. I promise Modijee put all these sanctions but lift this 21 days challenge. The famous war of Mahabharat got over in 18 days . We have small break of 10 minutes after each slots (2 period) I appeal to Prime Minister, not to close essential shops, necessary items, Medicine and small auto and car drivers, Not to close any factory or livelihood just like Bokaro Steel Plant. Yes impose restriction so that people take care of hygiene!
