Even not doing anything can teach you so many things. It teaches what you lost that day and makes you prepare for the next moment to be conscious. 


When I don't learn someday I feel I wasted my day. Today, I slept the whole day. I didn't read anything or write anything. I was feeling guilty about this. Also, there is so much confusion and fear going on all day. The Important things that I feel I should work on are my emotions and craving. I get excited very easily when I achieve something that causes me to get more anxious. I want myself to relax as much as possible and take extra care of my sleep and health. 


These days, I am thinking and learning about my future and what best can happen. This will help me to understand myself more clearly. I am making plans and thinking about people around me. I feel the type of people you spend time with has a huge effect on someone's life. If you want to have a good lifestyle, spend time with people who are good at making schedules and have a healthy diet. If you want to have peace in your life, spend time with people who take their life in an optimistic manner. They will always be faithful and confident in themselves. 


Learning doesn't always mean to earn everyday and gain materialistic achievement.
