The Crumbling Values

Looking back I feel overjoyed,

For being an ideal child,

For being an ideal human,

When I see the crumbling values,

I feel elated, for not being a spoilt brat,

Thanks to the morals that refined me,

Dear mom and dad,

My dear parents,

You inspire me day to day,

To be the epitome of goodness,

And foster it in the younger hearts,

And illuminate the world from darkness,

I stand here with no words,

To express my gratitude.
