Monday Blues

It was not what I thought,

The usual Monday blues, faced a lot

A new sunlight was to lit my life,

It's impending arrival had already touched the very core of my life.

Given meanings anew, removed the part of my existing blues,

I was overjoyed after a long long time,

Gruesome pain and pathetic sufferings were to leave my mind.

As soon as the agent of the divine arrived,

Optimism slapped me, where pessimism was ruling since a very long time.

Realisation happened, early in life,

Nothing is fair, nothing is good at all,

If the will to achieve something deliberately lost in the sands of time.

The Creator only does come rewarding us at the right time

When we ourselves are prepared to continue the legacy made, out of the creation of humankind...
