School Time Fun

Interesting were the days, the days of school,

With daily time tables and discipline rules.

Fights were amazing to grab the last seat,

An extra game period in the extreme summer heat.

The friends we made were friends for life,

With regular patch up after daily petty strife.

Missing morning prayers with fake stomach aches,

And copying the homework in daily lunch breaks.

Studying in the nights making mornings lethargic,

Thinking of those days makes me feel nostalgic.

I dream of getting my school days back,

With all those memories in the flashback.
