Summer

This season is like no other,

It comes after winter and is called summer.

The summer has arrived, everyone is ready,

Check your air conditioners, and fix them already.

The winter is gone and summer takes charge,

It's hot outside, we are full of sweat,

But enjoying it is the joy we get.

The schools' give a vacation in this season,

The whole year's work is paid off, which is a good reason.

It's time for little people to enjoy these days,

Visit various places, beaches and bays.

This is the season when farmers start again,

Work tremendously, to feed us again.

It's time little people, to fill up your cart,

With the different variety of fruits, available in the mart.

It's time in cricket, to hit a ton,

But never get dehydrated, in the sun.

It's time little people, to meet our very loved ones,

To whom in a year, we meet only once.

Summer is the season, which is very awesome,

We should make the utmost use of it, and make our hobbies blossom.

The suspense of our academic results is always overhead,

We feel it everywhere, even when we go to bed.

It's time little people, to totally enjoy this season,

Cause it comes only once a year, is the only reason.
