The Nest

She made her nest on a tall green tree

Somewhere near the serene blue sea

Warmth of the wind and sun shone bright

Showing her a way through all her plight

She flew across the sea and saw a new world

Learned from the Stories that remained untold

Her wings grew strong her quest grew stronger

Her nest felt now she belong no longer

The tall green tree and the serene blue sea

Remained silent over her plea

She flapped her wings and soared in the skies

The wind still warm and the Sun shone bright.
