The Awakened Humans

Torturous pandemic dances and mercilessly slay,

Challenging the parents, infants and gray,

Disastrous devil engulfs lives every now and then, every day,

Creeping, walking, running making one by one its prey.

Innocents or cleverer, tired dismay,

Rich, poor, urban, rural all rushing to pray.

The doors are shut, folks Inn, future is dubious,

Temples, churches locked but lords within our conscious.

The roads obstructed, boarders seized, silenced streets,

To abide by the regulations.

Yet, hope, faith, humanity, brotherhood are the priests,

For the angelic inspirations.

The visionaries conspicuous hurting lots,

 Pathetic partings and inflating deaths on the cot,

Thunderous crisis, dreary lives in a slot,

 Are not we sailing the identical boat?

 Piercing pain on gloomy faces, yet we believe

All the Nations, kiths and kins will find a retrieve,

We all corona warriors are at the start,

Industrialists, celebrities, soldiers make a significant part,

Teachers, the backbone; farmers are the heart,

Children and old aged contributed to the dart.

Scientists, doctors, pharmacists, nurses assembled the troop,

Politicians, journalists, admin monitoring as intellectual groups.

The whole world is in one ship,

Beware! distraction, discrimination makes a leap,

Distortions can cause a dangerous flip.

So, let’s put into all our effort and courage,

Manage and strive to create a historical voyage.

Finally, awakened we HUMANS are, Are we?
