Muddy Conscience
Muddy Conscience
When you were a little boy
You only wanted to play with toy
You wanted to sing and dance
You never skipped a chance
I took you to school my son
You don't become like a don
For you to learn about care
Educate you on how to share
To learn to respect elders
To be compassionate
To believe in humanity
To love sincerely
Sadly you learned all corporate madness
Except to love your parent's dearness
Your priority was always only you
Selfish, mean, so full of you
I toiled my life for you
I sacrificed many things
You are an ungrateful son
I wish that you were not my son
At old age home, you're leaving
Your frail sick father grieving
The lousy muddy conscience you have
One day you will suffer too as I have
